This was commissioned by the Director of the Museum of Discovery for their 2007 show "It's About Time". The invited artists were asked to create clocks! This is a large children's museum, so I decided I wanted to do a night clock as my grandchildren all go through a period of being scared of the dark. I always tell them the night is magical and all sorts of wonderful things are in the dark!
