This was triggered by the lusciousness of our gardens this spring, which made me think of Jack and his beanstalk, so I did "little me" with giant flowers. Humor aside, the rose is a soul symbol as well as denoting achievement of completion; red is the color of creation; and the #5 (exterior petals and leaf number on stems) is the number of man. "As you sew, so shall you reap."
